Lisa Nation and Lee Barnby were married at La Estancia in Lajolla this July . We had several meetings before the wedding with the bride, her family and the coordinator, Diana Ross, to come up with the perfect wedding flower plan to carry out this "Royal Hawaiin Wedding". Diana Ross was the coordinator and she did a fabulous job executing all of the details . It was a priveledge to design the flowers for this event and we will have wonderful memories. This iron arch was 9 feet by 5 feet. The picture doesn't quite show the scale but everything was big including the two side urns that framed the arch as well as the fountain.

The ceremony site was deccorated with a 9' rustic spanish iron arch. We hung 19 strands of white dendrobium orchids that each had a hanging crystal at the bottom. Many additional strands of crystals were added to reflect the light and add elegance. Two large urns of gorgeous white flowers sich as Calla lilies, Tuba roses, white Hydrangeas, white Dendrobium orchids and large white Tibet roses. Hanging Palm Berries and Amarantus was also added to finish the look.

Here is a close up of all of the orchid strands and crystal strands. They were a perfect juxtoposition against the rustic iron arch.

Check out the hanging red votive candle holders. They looked so romantic when the room was dimmed. The clear glass vases were 26" high so they didn't block the conversation but they were very dramatic!
